Q: How do I unlock new planet packs?
A: You can unlock planet packs in two ways: either by collecting 3,000 total captures through gameplay, or by purchasing them directly in the Store for $9.99 each.
Q: How do respawn tokens work?
A: Respawn tokens let you continue from where you died instead of starting over. You can purchase them in the store, or you can watch an ad for a free respawn when you run out.
Q: Can I get a refund for my purchase?
A: Refunds are handled through the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History, find your purchase, and select "Report a Problem" to request a refund from Apple.
Q: How do I turn off ads?
A: You can purchase the "Remove Ads" option in the Store for $4.99. This will eliminate all banner and pop-up ads, but you can still choose to watch rewarded ads for respawns.
Q: I lost my progress. Can you restore it?
A: Progress is saved locally on your device. If you deleted the app or got a new device, unfortunately progress cannot be restored. However, any purchases you made can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
